This Havana Cafe spot seems to have some decent looking Cuban fried bites, almost like a take on arancini. Not gonna lie, I'm always on the lookout for a good fried appetizer, and these look promising. Heard it's a lively, casual spot, which is a rare find downtown that isn't just a scene. For later, they apparently do $5 classic mojitos during Happy Hour, Mon-Fri 4-7:30 PM, if that's your thing.
