1. Who we are

Wivibo is a product of RAE Intelligence LLC, doing business as “Sail AI.” (“Sail AI,” “we,” “us”). RAE Intelligence LLC is the controller of personal information processed via Wivibo. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@wivibo.com.

2. Notice at collection

We collect personal information you submit on our site and forms—such as your full name, email, city/state (optional), headshot (optional), and story/testimonial (optional)—plus device/usage data when you interact with our site/app. We use this information to manage beta access and communications, feature testimonials (with consent), and improve the Service.

3. What we collect

• Identifiers & contact info: name, email; city & state/metro (if provided); account identifiers if you sign up.
  
  
  

• Referral & campaign info: responses to “How did you hear about Wivibo?”; UTM source/medium/campaign where applicable.
  
  
  

• Preferences & survey responses: interest in research and/or being contacted for a user story/testimonial.
  
  
  

• Testimonials & media (optional): stories you submit; headshot or social handle if provided. We only publish testimonials with your explicit permission.
  
  
  

• Device & usage data: IP, device/browser type, pages/screens viewed, interactions, crash logs.
  
  
  

• Approximate location: derived from IP or as provided by you (not precise GPS unless you enable it later).
  
  
  

• Cookies/SDKs: to operate the site/app and (if you consent) to measure usage and improve performance (managed via Cookie Settings).
  
  
  

4. Sources

Directly from you; automatically from your device; and from service providers (hosting, email, analytics, error logging, customer support). If you connect third‑party accounts, we may receive information as authorized by you.

5. How we use information

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service and its features.
  
  

• Communicate with you about beta access (DFW first, then TX/US), updates, and support.
  
  

• Recruit testers and conduct user research (surveys/interviews); and—only with separate consent—invite you to participate in testimonials or case studies.
  
  

• Personalize recommendations and content.
  
  

• Monitor and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse; ensure security and integrity.
  
  

• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
  
  
  

5A. Analytics & tracking (GA4 & Consent)

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand usage and improve the Service. GA4 and related tags use cookies/SDKs and may rely on Consent Mode so tags respect choices made in Cookie Settings. You can limit Analytics/Advertising via Cookie Settings, your Google Ads Settings, or the Google Analytics Opt‑out Add‑on. We configure retention to 14 months (or less where required) and minimize collection where possible.

6. Sharing

We share personal information with: (a) service providers/processors that help us run the Service (hosting, email, analytics, support); (b) business partners if you choose to use their features (e.g., maps, reservations); (c) legal authorities if required by law or to protect rights; and (d) as part of a business transfer (e.g., merger or acquisition). We do not sell personal information. If we use data for cross‑context behavioral advertising/targeted ads, you may opt out via Your Privacy Choices and/or Cookie Settings. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where required. We will not publish your name, image, or testimonial without your explicit consent and a separate release when required.

7. Your rights & choices

Depending on your U.S. state, you may have rights to request access, deletion, correction, portability, and to opt out of targeted advertising or profiling. To exercise rights, email support@wivibo.com with your request and state of residence. We may need to verify your identity. If we deny your request, some states allow you to appeal by replying “Appeal.”

8. Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations. Waitlist emails are removed if you unsubscribe or after a reasonable period of inactivity. Analytics (GA4) event/user data retention is set to 14 months (or less where required). Testimonials are retained for the life of a campaign and archived thereafter; if you withdraw consent, we stop new uses and remove from owned web properties within a reasonable time.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

11. International users

Our systems may be located in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you consent to processing in the U.S.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. We’ll revise the Effective date and, if changes are material, provide reasonable notice. Your continued use means you accept the updated policy.
