Popular items include the Chicken Finger Plate and Boneless Wings Meal. They also offer milkshakes, cookies, and fried cheesecake bites. Zaxby's aims to provide Southern hospitality with a modern approach, with options like box lunches and platters for larger groups. The restaurant encourages joining their rewards program for exclusive offers.

The Vibe

Zaxby's offers a casual dining atmosphere focused on quick service. The environment is generally family-friendly and suitable for a fast meal. While some reviews highlight positive interactions with staff, a significant number of recent reviews point to issues with order accuracy, food quality, and extended wait times, particularly during its opening phase. The restaurant is designed for efficiency, catering to those seeking a convenient chicken-centric meal.
