Star Bukri's Catering Ethiopian Cafe has been serving food since 1989, beginning as a French and Ethiopian restaurant in Los Angeles. The owner, Bukri, is a French cook skilled in Ethiopian cuisine. In 1994, the business relocated to Dallas, TX, expanding to include a restaurant and shop in Dallas and Garland. After a decade serving the Dallas-Fort Worth area, the focus shifted to full-time catering in 1999. They have extensive catering experience with diverse groups, organizations, churches, and businesses, and welcome all occasions.
