The Vibe

This Schlotzsky's location aims for a casual and family-friendly atmosphere, often noted for its moderate noise level. While many reviewers praise the friendly and helpful staff, particularly mentioning individuals like Grace and Carson, a recurring theme in feedback is inconsistent service speed and order accuracy. Some patrons experience long waits, especially during peak times or when using the drive-thru, while others highlight efficient and positive interactions.
