Kitchen West is a dining hall located at the University of North Texas. It is recognized as Texas' first university dining hall certified Free From™ the Big 8 Food Allergens and Gluten by Kitchens with Confidence. While other dining halls on campus clearly mark allergens, Kitchen West is designed to make dining easier for individuals with these specific dietary needs. The cafeteria offers a variety of food stations and prepared meals, including American, Mediterranean, and Asian-inspired dishes, alongside salads and pizza.
