The Vibe
The atmosphere at Hillside Cigar Lounge is characterized by a significant presence of smoke, which a reviewer noted as thick despite an open door. The lounge features a VIP area that occupies a substantial portion of the space, limiting general seating for other guests. Service has been described as initially reserved, becoming more engaging after a purchase. The environment may feel less welcoming to new visitors or those outside of established clientele, leaning towards an exclusive feel rather than broad hospitality.
