Garrett Popcorn Shops

About Garrett Popcorn Shops

Garrett Popcorn Shops is a well-known popcorn retailer, historically operating a location at 2400 Aviation Dr, Dallas, TX 75261, within the DFW Airport. The establishment specializes in various popcorn flavors, including its signature GarrettMix, a blend of caramel and cheese popcorn. While reviews indicate a past presence in terminals like B and A, recent customer feedback from late 2025 and early 2025 consistently reports that this specific DFW Airport location has permanently closed. Some older reviews mention pre-packaged Garrett's being available inside Hudson News stores at the airport.

The Vibe

The previous atmosphere at Garrett Popcorn Shops in DFW Airport was primarily that of a quick-service counter within a busy travel hub. It was designed for travelers seeking a convenient snack, often offering samples to help customers choose. Service varied, with some past reviews praising friendly staff and others noting poor customer interactions or stale product. The energy was generally transient, catering to individuals on layovers or awaiting flights. However, the prevailing sentiment from recent customer reviews indicates that this specific location is no longer operational, making the previous 'vibe' a historical note rather than a current experience.
