Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

About Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store is a chain offering ice cream, dairy products, and a limited menu of American fast food. Located in Allen, Texas, this establishment also functions as a convenience store selling milk, eggs, and other grocery items. While known for its ice cream and shakes, reviews indicate a decline in food quality and service over the years. Some locations have undergone remodels, with one reviewer noting an expanded convenience store section. Despite mixed reviews on the food, it remains a stop for those needing basic dairy or frozen treats.

The Vibe

This Braum's location is described as having a dated interior, with one reviewer noting a 'windowless creepy feel' in the dining area. Service quality is inconsistent, with many reviews citing rude staff, long wait times, and order inaccuracies, particularly at the drive-thru. While some customers appreciate the convenience of the attached store for dairy items, the overall dining experience for burgers and other food items receives frequent criticism. It is generally considered a casual, no-frills spot.
